Ambition to make a phone,iPhone Engineers Recruiting by Facebook

Facebook rumored to be making a smartphone is expected to be released in 2013. To make it happen, Facebook to recruit six hardware and software engineers who worked for Apple iPhone and the people who work for the iPad.


The New York Times website reported, Facebook is seeking an experienced engineer to work on the smartphone.

One of the engineers who previously worked for the iPhone told The New York Times that he had met with the founder and CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg. At that time, Zuckerberg asking lots of questions nan intricate detail about how the smartphone, including the chip used.



A former Apple hardware engineer who had been recruited up hardware have also been told what is planned to be used up.

Facebook did not say yes and do not deny what was reported by The New York Times. The technology site All Things Digital, Facebook spokesman simply said, "We are working across the mobile industry, with operators, hardware manufacturers, operating system providers, to application developers."

Facebook today is being actively monitor trends and anticipate the use of mobile devices. Quickly, Facebook acquired editing and sharing application Instagram photo in April 2012.

Then they also create mobile applications Facebook Messenger, Facebook Camera, which features similar to Instagram, and is preparing an online application store Facebook App Center.

Facebook is also reportedly looked at the software company that makes the Opera browser to be the next acquisition target.
